Glen Burkhardt serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Gate Neurosciences. Glen has over 30 years of biotech and pharmaceutical industry experience most recently focusing on advising start-up and early-stage companies.

Prior to Gate, he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for PhaseBio Pharmaceuticals. He also serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Monument Biosciences.  Previously, he held HR leadership roles with Hologic, Onyx Pharmaceuticals and Eli Lilly and Company.

Mr. Burkhardt has a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and dual Bachelor degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design from Ball State University.
